The SEC Definition

Equity investments with PRTNR Capital are limited to accredited investors as defined under Rule 501 of Regulation D. You generally qualify if you meet at least one of the following:

  • $200K+ income for each of the last two years (or $300K joint), with reasonable expectation of the same this year
  • $1M+ net worth, excluding the value of your primary residence
  • Hold a Series 7, 65, or 82 license in good standing

How Allocations Work

Equity is offered deal-by-deal, not as a continuous fund. The path looks like this:

  • Request to join the equity deal-flow list
  • Complete a brief intro call with a PRTNR principal
  • Complete accredited verification (third-party letter)
  • Receive deal-specific subscription docs as opportunities close
